Boy's Flight #45 is scheduled for June 24-27. It will be held at University City UMC in Charlotte. Send off and Closing will be at Assurance UMC. Directions to both churches is on the website.

If you know a young man who would enjoy the Chrysalis experience get their application in as soon as possible so we will be sure we have enough youth for the flight. Chrysalis is designed for girls and boys ages 15-22. If you have any questions please contact Marcia Clay at marciaclay@bellsouth.net or any Chrysalis Board Member. Applications and sponsor forms are on the website.

WHEN SENDING IN CATERPILLAR APPLICATIONS remember there are THREE (3) forms you need to submit ( 1. Caterpillar application 2. Sponsors form and the 3. Reference form). We are receiving a lot of applications that are missing at least one of the forms. All three are available on the Forms Page. Servants Needed

Would you like to help with the upcoming flights? How about serving a meal? Can you assist with set-up either Wednesday night or clean-up on Sunday? How about signing up for the Prayer Vigil? The caterpillers and teams would love to see you at Send off and closing.

Butterflies, A New Opportunity For You

Would you like an opportunity to relive some of your weekend? Spend some time with your Chrysalis friends?  We have the opportunity for youth servants to stay together.  You can spend some extended time with your Chrysalis friends while helping on the weekend! There will be a minimal cost to cover the room and food but what a great opportunity to have fun, spend time with your friends, and help make the Flight/Journey a memorable one for the new caterpillars! Marcia has an awesome video to go along with a presentation to explain all about Chrysalis and some of the benefits it can have not only to your Youth Group but also to your entire Church. How to Get Into Heaven

A man dies and mets St. Peter at the Pearly Gates. Peter says to the man, "Here's how it works. You need to have one hundred points to get into heaven. You tell me about all the good things you've done. They are all worth a certain number of points. If your total is one hundred or more, you can come in."

"Well," says the man. "I was happily married to the same woman for 52 years. I never looked at another woman. I was attentive and loved her dearly."

"That's great," says St. Peter. "That'll be two points."

"Hmmm," says the man. "This is going to be harder than I thought. Well, I attended church regularly, volunteered my time and tithed faithfully."

"Wonderful," says St. Peter, "That's worth another point."

"One point!" says the man. "Okay, okay. I was involved with a prison ministry for twenty-five years. I went into the prison, at least monthly, and shared Jesus with them."

"Wow!" says St. Peter. "That's another two points!"

"Only two points!" says the man. "At this rate, it'll be by the grace of God that'll I'll ever get into this place."

"Bingo!" says St. Peter. "That's one hundred points! Come on in."
