June 28-July1, 2012 (Boy's Flight)
November 8-11, 2012 (Girl's Flight)
The Lay Director for the Boy's Flight #50 will be Daniel Baird.
The flight will be at Mill Grove UMC beginning with a covered dish meal at 6:00 followed by Send-Off at 7:00.
The Girl's Flight #51 is scheduled for November 8-11, 2012 and will be held at Mill Grove UMC. Lay Director for this flight will be Jayne Jones.
*Saturday night service will be held at Blair Road UMC
Applications for the upcoming flights are now being accepted. The cost for the weekend is $100.00. We ask that a deposit of $35.00 be sent in with your application. If you know a youth who would enjoy the Chrysalis experience get their application in as soon as possible so we will be sure we have enough youth for the flights.
Chrysalis is designed for girls and boys ages 15-22.

WHEN SENDING IN CATERPILLAR APPLICATIONS remember there are THREE (3) forms you need to submit:
(1) Caterpillar application
(2) Sponsors form
(3) Reference form

Butterflies, We need you in the BIG HOUSE
Would you like an opportunity to relive some of your weekend? Spend some time with your Chrysalis friends? We have the opportunity for youth servants to stay together. You can spend some extended time with your Chrysalis friends while helping on the weekend! There will be a minimal cost to cover the room and food but what a great opportunity to have fun, spend time with your friends, and help make the Flight/Journey a memorable one for the new caterpillars!
